Mission Statement:
A year long program for young adults to experience the love of God through cooperative living, meaningful work, and community engagement.
Philosophy/Belief Statement:
This program is a one-year commitment (from August 2015 to July 2016) for 18-30 year olds of mutual mission, transformational experiences between young adults, their living communities, the neighborhoods and the organizations in which they'll serve.
The year is designed to be intentionally cross-cultural, purposeful in transformation and renewing for individuals and organizations as well.
Participants will receive housing, groceries, public transportation pass or equivalent allowance for transportation, personal stipend, an orientation retreat with all statewide participants, a winter retreat with local participants, a spring retreat with a cluster of other participants and post-service debriefing.
